Product Description

BD536 Colorful Epoxy Grout is designed for various anti-mildew & sealing applicaiton. It is well performed in the joint sealing of kitchen, bathroom, hotel decoration and household decoration with excellent properties of good brightness,flexible, enduring anti-mildew, yellowing resistance, anti-sagging, etc. Easy to use and tooling, remain good constructability under low temperature. BD536 Colorful Epoxy Grout is environmental friendly without nonyl phenol and micro molecule solvent compounds, meeting the GB 18583 with relatively low VOC. No irritating or unpleasant odor during use. Bring you a new construction concept and aesthetic effect.

Application:

1.Tile joint decoration for floor and walls.
2. For various joint sealing and decoration around sanitary wares, windowsill,
kitchen, and bathroom.

How to use:

1. Clean the surface to remove dust, oil and other matters; and then apply masking tape or wax on the tile surface near to the joint.
2. Open the tap and put on the nozzle, then put the product into the double-cartridge sealant gun.
3. Cut the mixer nozzle to proper shape and size base on the project needs. Discard some grout in the front part (about 30cm) to avoid improper mixing, until the grout color is stable and uniformly. Apply the grout in joints and make sure joint are fully filled.
4. Use specialty Tools (metal ball or scraper )to tool the joints and corners along the joints.
5. Remove the grout near the joint surface. At temperature of 20-35℃, the residual grout can be removed after 12 hours of curing.
6. Before applying the grout, masking tape or wax can be applied on the tile surface near the joint, but not in the joint. Remove the masking tape right after tooling.Remove the wax after removing the residual grout.

Precautions

1. Working temperature at 5-35℃, humidity should be lower than 70% RH. Do not use the product on humid or raining weather or relative humidity over 70%.
2. For tiles with rough surface, masking tape is more applicable. Before applying the grout, masking tape should be applied on the tile surface near the joint.
3. A minimum of 24 hours curing is necessary before step on the construction area.The epoxy grout needs 72 hours for fully cure. For temperature lower than 20℃,curing time should be prolong. Water contact or water immersion is prohibited before the grout is fully cured. Loads are not allowed during curing.
4. Color may be visually different to the color card due to nearby substrates. Please try and test the color result on the substrate.
5. Color may be slightly different between batches. Please try and test the color before project use.
6. Light color is not suggested to be used on direct sunlight area and other applications that require no-color-change of the product.
7. This product does not belong to hazardous chemicals, but should avoid contact with eyes before curing; if contact with eyes, please flush with plenty of water and receive medical treatment; uncured products should keep away from children.
