Keypad Type STS Prepaid LORA-RF Single Phase Electricity Meter with IP54 Waterproof
The STE18-A is an STS Standard compliant,automatically
connection/disconnection prepaid electricity meter. The LORA-RF
module in meters can communicate with AMI system for remotely
reading, controlling and recharging.
This meter has excellent anti-tamper feature like terminal cover
open detection sensor to help utility for revenue protection. After
inputting the clear tamperToken,the meter can return to normal use. The integrated keypad is offered to enter recharge TOKEN and check
information by short codes. Stronpay electricity vending software
could be integrated to local Mobile Money Payment Platform like
M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc. So users can top up PAYG
electricity by mobile money without leaving the house.

1. Users purchases energy by the encrypted 20 digits Token.
2. The meter's TOU tariffs function can set different prices by inputting corresponding Token or IR adaptor.
3. Maximum power limitation can be set on vending software.
4. Vending software is easily integrated with local mobile payment like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc.
5. It has excellent event log like recharge record, cover open record, magnetic detection record and credit clear record.

3. Anti-Tamper Functions: Meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and open cover event.

5. Information Inquiry: Consumer could check the data like Credit Remain, Total Purchased and Total Credit by inputting the short code.
Two ways to recharge prepaid electricity meter
1. By Stronpay vending Software
Stronpay Vending Software is a Window-based vending management system. It consists of Stronpay management server(CMS) and Stronpay management Client(CMC).
CMC provides administrative operations, such as customer and meter registration, vending, report. It can be run on an independent device in form of standalone software. Multiple clients can be connected to a single management server(CMS). CMC also allows multiple operators and access to system which is configured by the administrator.

Vending Process
Step 1: Login the web-based vending website by inputting the user name, company name and password.
Step 2: Register the solar number and customer information at the library center.
Step 3: Set the price fors for different customers
Step 4: Open an account to combine the meter,customer and price information
Step 5: Get the Token at the Top up center.
Step 6: Input the Token with keypad.
Step 7: Recharging successfully.
2. By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API

API: Application Program Interface, which is the agreement
connecting the third party APP and our Stronpay vending software.
Stronpay vending software can easily integrated with local mobile
payment via API, which is the agreement connecting the third party APP and our
Stronpay vending software. People can recharge the solar with their mobile phone, the vending
software will send a Token to the third party APP via API, then
users get the recharge Token via GSM.
