Stainless Steel TP304 Pipe Cap Pipe Closed Pipeline Fittings
Pipe cap, other names: head, plug, cap, pipe cap, bulkhead.
Mechanical use: pipe fittings welded on the pipe end or installed
on the external thread of the pipe end to cover the pipe. Used to
close the pipeline, the function is the same as the pipe plug. The
form of the blind plate is similar, except that the blind plate can

disassembled.

Uses: water, beverages, beer, food, petrochemicals, nuclear power,
machinery, medical equipment, fertilizers, shipbuilding,
waterproofing, pipelines, etc.
Avoid splicing at r of the dish-shaped tube cap, which will cause thinning and high stress.

equipment shell is tested at 20%, it is qualified as III. The
bulkhead splicing weld and the final weld are also qualified as
III, and the weld joint coefficient is 0.85
