Introduction

Mining mixer is used for mixing pulp before flotating separation work, which mixes the pulp with medicament sufficiently for mineral selection. The mixing tank can also used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is applied in the material with density not higher than 30% (calculated by weight) and fixed material size less than 1 mm. It is flat-bottomed barrel with mechanical mixing method by radiant circular spiral impeller. Stirs the barrel to use in front of the flotation process work the pulp stirring, causes the pulp and medicament intensive mixing, and creates condition for Mine selection working.

Features

It is composed of driving device, downward swept agitating impeller, arc complex surface, guiding device and cell body parts.

The rotation of downward swept agitating impeller makes the ore pulp circulate in "w" type under the function of guiding device of arc complex surface set at the bottom of the cell. The flow regime is mainly in axial direction, agitation strength is strong, there is no dead angle within the cell and pulp is agitated uniformly.

Main Applications:

Suitable for slurry (solid particle size < 1.0mm, specific gravity <4.7, concentration <70% (by mass)), agitating strongly without no settlement, with low power consumption and long service life of agitating impeller. It is widely applicable to slurry preparation in dressing plants, wet-process smelting plants and some light chemical industries.
