sensor, which accuracy can be up to +/-0.1%;
2. The sensor is better than traditional electrochemical sensor, because it don't need to change oxygen battery, so, it has long lift time more accurate and faster response time.
3. Equipped with 2pcs Mass Flow Controller(MFC) to control N2 and O2 mixing ratio;
4. Equipped with high temperature quartz glass tank;
5. Equipped with supported and unsupported sample clamps;
