This machine is mainly suitable for all kinds of canned drinks or cans. It will automatically unload the can before the second sterilization. The solid cans are conveyed by the modular mesh belt conveyor, the

cage:

conveyor. During the whole cage unloading process, the interlayer
board is automatically taken out, automatically rises,
automatically unloads, the empty cage automatically stops, and
automatically lowers, and the perfect configuration mechanism
replaces the manual unloading to increase productivity.
(3) Partition storage unit
The height can be adjusted by hydraulic lifting, and the side
guards can be adjusted back and forth. The position of the baffle
is convenient for the suction cup to grab.
(4) Partition conveyor
Adopt engineering plastic chain to transport the partitions, which
will not cause damage to the partitions, and the transportation is
stable and fast. The guard plate adopts a structure that can be
adjusted front and rear to ensure that the partition does not
deflect during transportation. The partition pushing mechanism
ensures accurate partition positioning.

The whole system is automatically controlled by PLC programmable
controller. Each conveying module is equipped with a positioning
