Equipment overview:
The empty can inspection machine integrates the most advanced
camera and optical technology in the world, and judges whether the

The equipment is mainly composed of a negative pressure conveying
part, a detection device (including the detection of foreign
objects in the can and the can mouth), a man-machine interface, an

Principle of empty can detection:
When the empty can enters the foreign body detection area in the
can, the sensor gives the camera a trigger signal, where the ring
light source lights up, and the camera takes a frame of images of
the inner wall and bottom area of the can, and transmits the
image to the industrial computer. The industrial computer performs
the image processing. Real-time processing to determine whether
there are foreign objects in the can.
When the empty can enters the inspection area of the can mouth,
it is the same as the previous station. The high-speed camera
acquires the image of the can mouth under the low-angle circular
light and transmits it to the industrial computer for processing.
Finally, a comprehensive judgment of the two inspection stations As
a result, if it is a defective product, when the detected can
enters the reject area, the reject device rejects the defective
