  • Introduction​ of Lora Modem ZHC0661

ZHC0661 is a low-frequency half-duplex LoRa data transmission terminal that supports point-to-point communication protocol. It has 4 channels of AI detection, 2 channels of AO output, AI range conversion, local logic and logic settings between devices, and supports AES communication encryption. The use of serial ports for sending and receiving reduces the threshold for wireless applications and can realize data transfer from serial ports to LoRa. LoRa has the advantages of concentrated power density and strong anti-interference ability. The communication distance of this product can reach 8000M (open field, antenna gain 3dBi, height greater than 2m, 0.268K air rate, default channel).

Function description: Detect the input current value.
2.AO output
Function description: Output current value.
3. AI input range conversion
Function description: Convert the read AI value into the value that needs to be viewed through the range conversion. For example, after the setting is completed, the 4-20mA current can be automatically converted to 0-100℃.
4. AI input range conversion setting method:
Function introduction: Set the AI (4~20mA) range corresponding to the set range to automatically switch.
5. Proactively report
Function introduction: Periodically report AI port status. The reporting period can be set by yourself. (Range 0~65535 unit: S)


  • Condition Control Function

  • Function description: The condition control function is independently set by the user, which makes the device more flexible and can be applied to more scenarios. It is recommended that users use IOTRouter configuration software for conditional configuration. Logic settings are divided into local logic settings and inter-device logic.
    1) Local logic: local logic follows, AO follows the change of AI1/AI2 and outputs the corresponding value.
    2) Logic between devices: the device AO that establishes communication can follow the changes of AI1/AI2 of other devices in the communication group and output the corresponding value (select the following device through the device address)

AES encryption for LoRa communication


Function introduction: AES encryption is disabled by default, so if you need to encrypt communication between modules, you only need to configure the key for the transceiver module, the key is a 32-bit number.
