Name | Cement Ore Processing Grinder 20mm Mining Ball Mill Machine 8t/H |
Function | Cement Ore Processing |
Feeding Size | 20mm |
The ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary
part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor,
electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of
cast steel, and the lining can be replaced. The rotary gear is
processed by casting hobbing. The cylinder is inlaid with a
wear-resistant liner, which has good wear resistance. The machine
runs smoothly and works reliably.
The main body of the ball mill includes a cylinder, which is inlaid
with a lining made of wear-resistant materials, bearings that carry
the cylinder and maintain its rotation, and drive parts, such as
motors, transmission gears, pulleys, V-belts, etc.
Specifications Ball Mill:
1.for cement, silicate, ceramic
2.wet or dry ball mill
3. overflow or grate ball grinder
4.ISO CERT
Ball Mill:
Ball Mill grinds material by rotating a cylinder with steel
grinding balls, causing the balls to fall back into the cylinder
and onto the material to be ground. The rotation is usually between
4 to 20 revolutions per minute, depending upon the diameter of the
mill. The larger the diameter, the slower the rotation. If the
peripheral speed of the mill is too great, it begins to act like a
centrifuge and the balls do not fall back, but stay on the
perimeter of the mill. The point where the mill becomes a
centrifuge is called the "Critical Speed", and ball mills usually
operate at 65% to 75% of the critical speed.
