The Allen-Bradley 1769-L24ER-QB1B is a CompactLogix 5370 L2
packaged controller that comes with Thirty-Two (32) I/O channels
and Two (2) Ethernet communication ports. These I/O channels
consists of up of Sixteen (16) DC input and Sixteen (16) DC output
channels. For the input channels, it operates with nominal voltage
of 24 Volt DC with operating range of 10 to 28.8 VDC.
The 1769-L24ER-QB1B current draws are 1.54 A at 5 Volts DC and 0.95
A at 24 Volts DC. At an off-state, it has a maximum current of 1.5
mA and a maximum voltage of 5 Volts DC. Its on-state currents are 2

The power supply of the 1769-L24ER-QB1B controller is 24 Volts DC
and is isolated. It comes with a 0.75 MB memory that you can expand
using the standard 1 GB standard secure digital (SD) memory card or
the optional 2 GB memory card. This controller uses a USB and
DualPort Ethernet DLR interface and comes with built-in status

The Allen-Bradley product with part number 1769-L24ER-QB1B is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that belongs to the 1769 CompactLogix product family. This controller is a packaged controller, having integrated components such as variety of communication ports, integrated memory, power supply and Input and Output channels.
This packaged controller features Two (2) Ethernet communication ports, that supports Device Level Ring (DLR) or ring topology. Up to 8 Ethernet nodes may be connected to this port. It also has an embedded power supply that operates at 24VDC nominal input voltage to energize the controller assembly. It also has Sixteen (16) discrete 24VDC sink / source inputs, Sixteen (16) 24VDC source outputs. Integrated memory amounts to 768Kbytes which may be expanded by adding a Non-volatile memory through the use of 1784-SD1 card with 1 Gb of available memory (shipped with controller) or 1784-SD2 card with 2 GB of available memory. Other communication ports of this controller are (1) Serial port and One (1) USB port.
Up to Four (4) 1769 Compact I/O modules may be installed with this controller. It is ideal for use in small to medium applications. Up to 32 controller tasks may be created and configured with each task running 100 continuous programs or task.
The RS232 communication port supports ASCII, DH485 or DF1 communication protocol. This channel is a fully isolated channel that supports maximum transmission speed of 38.4 kbps while the Ethernet communication port supports linear topology and accepts a maximum of 8 nodes.
