Planetary gear design

A Planetary Gear Design has three satellite gears that rotate on their axis and at the same time rotate around the central helm axis. This allows for equal distribution of engine torque over three points of the central gear, dividing and balancing the system loads. The Steering Helm is a gearbox arrangement mounted on the dashboard of the boat.On the shaft of the helm is mounted the Steering Wheel.

BEZEL KITS

Bezel kit is a plastic part along with related hardware which is mounted between the steering wheel and dash board to cover the helm hardware.

STEERING CABLE

The Steering Cable is a push pull mechanical cable which convents the rotary motion of the helm to linear motion at the engine/rudder.One end of the cable is connected to the helm & the end to the rudder.The latest construction technology, the internal control line used elastic material.Output used 304 stainless steel seamless pipe and corrosion-resistant materials, control lines has longer life.

5-30 feet length control line can be used, and to increase per 1-foot increments.
