OSN 7500 intelligent optical switching system is a new generation of core intelligent optical switching equipment developed by Huawei according to the status quo and future development trend of MAN. It is mainly applied to the service scheduling node of the backbone network of MAN, namely OCS (Optical Core Switching) . As an intelligent optical switching platform and core optical switching system, the OSN 7500 is located at the backbone layer of the MAN. It can implement service scheduling and transmission of various types and particles.
Features
1. Unified Fabric Architecture
The OptiX OSN devices use a unified switching fabric to meet the
needs of existing customers for legacy services while addressing
the growing packet service bearer requirements.
2. Support 3G / LTE mobile bearer
Under the requirement of 3G / LTE mobile bearer, Huawei equipment
can provide a complete transmission solution based on packet
domain, and realize the convergence and scheduling of the whole
wireless network at the core layer.
3. Built-in WDM technology, flexible networking
The OptiX OSN 7500 supports built-in WDM technology to transmit
multiple wavelengths in a single fiber, enabling a flexible
networking solution to interface with the WDM device.
4. TP Assistant, maintenance worries
Based on the MPLS / MPLS-TP technology architecture, it provides
maintenance-free solution for packet bearer network applications,
provides packet bearer network planning tools, implements
media-independent end-to-end service provisioning and
instrument-free provisioning, supports automatic fault location and
rich Packet Performance Monitoring.
