Performance characteristics:
Face paper can be piled up 1.5 meters at one time, and the paper
pile automatically rises during paper feeding, making paper feeding
easier and more efficient.
At the bottom, suction type automatic paper feeding is adopted,
which can automatically and continuously track according to the
speed of manual paper feeding.
New concept, pre-positioning, high positioning accuracy, never
leading base paper, adjustable leading amount of face paper.
The whole machine adopts touch screen /PLC control system, and the
circuit system runs stably and can automatically display fault
alarm.
Full-automatic glue replenishment system can automatically
replenish the lost glue amount in the bonding process, and
cooperate with glue recycling to avoid glue loss and waste.
The linear speed of the metering roller is scientifically designed
to ensure uniform gluing amount and avoid glue throwing during
high-speed operation.
It is convenient and quick to adjust the pressure of each pressing
roller by means of unilateral adjustment of worm gear rod.
Cleaning water source adopts independent water tank to control
