The ZW20-12 (ZW20B-12) outdoor pole-mounted high-voltage vacuum
circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated
voltage of 12kV and a three-phase AC 50Hz. Mainly used for breaking
and closing the load current, overload current and short circuit
current of the power system.
It is suitable for the protection and control of substations,
industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural power
distribution networks, and is especially suitable for places with
frequent operations and urban automation power distribution
networks. This product is matched with the controller, which can
meet the requirements of the distribution automation system and can

function.
Technical characteristics
Electrical connection through aviation socket and outdoor sealed
control cable, with fault detection function, protection control
function and communication function reliable judgment, detection of
zero sequence current and interphase short circuit fault current in
and out of the field, and automatic removal of single-phase ground
fault The main body switch of the short circuit fault between
phases and phases is vacuum extinguishing and SF6 gas insulation.
The box body refers to the gas seal of Toshiba, Japan,
explosion-proof, and the insulation structure technology has the
excellent overall sealing performance. The SF6 gas-filled inside
does not leak and is not affected by the outside world.
Normal service condition:
1. Ambient air temperature: -40℃~+40℃; daily temperature
difference: daily temperature change is not more than 25℃;
According to the material properties of SF6 gas, when the ambient
temperature is -40℃, if the air pressure inside the cabinet is
0.05Mpa, this When the SF6 is still in gaseous state, to ensure the
normal operation of the product. (When the ambient temperature is
-40°C and the gauge pressure is 0.05Mpa, the SF6 liquefaction point
is -55°C; at zero gauge pressure, the SF6 liquefaction point will
not exceed -60°C).
