Product Details
Sulfur hexafluoride breaker SF6 disconnector for GIS / RMU
Product Introduction
Sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is oil-free switchgear that
uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium and arc extinguishing medium.
Its insulation performance and arc extinguishing characteristics
are much higher than that of oil circuit breakers. Because of its
higher price and low resistance to SF6 gas Application, management,
and operation have high requirements, so the application in medium
voltage (35, 10kV) is not wide enough, and it is mainly used for
voltage levels above 110kV.
Structure
Tank type: The advantages of the box-type multi-oil circuit breaker
are used. The circuit breaker and the transformer are installed
together. The structure is compact, and the earthquake resistance
and pollution resistance are strong, but the series is poor. The
single-phase structure of the China LW-220 tank-type SF6 circuit
breaker is shown in the figure "Sulfur hexafluoride circuit
breaker". This type of circuit breaker is a three-phase
sub-assembly type. The single-phase is composed of a base, an
insulating porcelain bushing, a current transformer and a shell
equipped with a single-fracture arc extinguishing chamber. Each
phase is equipped with a hydraulic mechanism and a control cabinet,
which can be operated individually and can be operated in three
phases through electrical control. The circuit breaker adopts a
two-way longitudinal blowing arc extinguishing chamber. When
opening, the cylinder and the movable contact are driven to move
through the arm box transmission mechanism. The arc extinguishing
chamber is filled with SF6 gas with rated pressure of 6 gauge
(20°C).
