1. This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system.

2. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, welding repeatedly.

3. The hopper adopts the step motor; brake motor wheels; pulling the wire net is controlled by the step motor.

4. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straightened and pre-cut.

5. The longitude wires can be adjustable and cross wire distance can be adjustable according to input the data what you want. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance weft wire at random on the same piece of wire mesh sheet.

6. The finished product fence panel is smooth; the error of opposite angle line is small.

In order to adapt to the power transformer capacity and reduce the current impact, the power electronic welding control adopt the way of welding in one time but electricity input in several separate control, that is (i.e.), the welding transformers work in separate when welding one row of cross wire.
7. The welding power electronic control system adopts synchronous control technique. The welding time and welding in separate control are composed of digital integrated circuit, which is with high precision of control and stable function.
