Gallon Bottle cap description:
The sealing cover of the 5-Gal drinking water bucket is a sealing component used to seal the 5-Gal drinking water bucket. The bottle cap is made of LDPE + HDPE food grade raw materials and produced by injection molding process. A heated label is attached to the seal. Leak proof rubber gasket and internal plug will be installed automatically. The above process should be carried out in a closed and dust-free workshop. All raw materials, masterbatch and auxiliary materials shall meet the requirements of EU directive and FDA in direct contact with food.

Recommended storage conditions:
In the production process, according to FIFO (first in first out) principle of circulation and use. Do not store the bottle cap in the environment with water or chemical smell. Do not stack the package together with the product.
The product shall not be used again within 18 months from the date of production.

Instructions to customers:
Customers must conduct a complete test on the compatibility of the product to ensure its normal use.
Customers must conduct complete tests on pollution, color and smell of products to ensure safety during use.
The customer is required to inform the supplier of changes in ambient temperature and local use of the product, so that the supplier can adjust the applicability of the product.
The customer can request the supplier to provide the inspection report issued by SGS and FDA when necessary.
The customer must provide the label design and product color (the supplier will assist in the design and production of the label). Available colors of raw materials: natural color, dark blue, red, green, yellow)
