Description of Auto carbonated soft gas soda drink tin / aluminum cans filling
machine
The can gas liquid filling machine is an equipment developed on the
basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign cans filling
and sealing machines. The can gas liquid filling machine for canned
gas beverages adopts the principle of balance pressure filling.
When the empty tank enters the lifting tray via the dial, the
filling valve is aligned with the empty tank, the empty tank is
raised and sealed, and the valve port of the filling valve is
automatically opened at the same time. When the filling liquid

The filled can is sent to the sealing machine head through the hook
chain, and the lid is sent to the can mouth by the cap feeder and
the pressure head. When the can supporting mechanism is raised, the
pressure head presses the can mouth, and the sealing wheel is

pushed out by the head of the capping mechanism, and then enters
the can-out transport.
