Workflow of 600BPH 6-6-1 3-10L bottle filling machine:
The whole process combines three machines with different functions in one frame. PLC general control, several photoelectric and several cylinders;
Capacity: 600 bottles per hour

3-10L Botle washing part:

Empty bottles will be sent to the cleaning machine through the belt conveyor, 8 bottles per shift, each 8 bottles will be calculated and stopped by the sensor cylinder, and 8 bottles will be fixed in the fixed neck position by the fixture; the bottles will be inverted for washing.
The washing time and quantity can be adjusted;
The cleaned bottles will be transported to the filling machine through the conveyor, and the cylinder block 8 bottles in the filling machine conveyor; push the cylinder to push the bottles under the filling machine, lift the cylinder to bring the bottles to the filling head, open the filling value, and start filling. Filling is gravity filling; easy to control accuracy. After this process, the bottle is returned to the conveyor belt by a reverse repeat operation.

Principle of capping part:
The machine is used for capping plastic nuts, which includes automatic capping device and capping system. Workers put a large number of caps into the cap loader. The cap loader will automatically release the caps, put the caps into the cap guide rail, and then put them on the cap head. The cap loader can hold more than 200 caps at a time, which will facilitate the frequent addition of caps. The cap loading system is equipped with a cap anti overturning device. When there is a cap overturning, the cap will return to the cap loader again.
We use the cap system. When the cap is closed, it will descend to the bottle mouth and complete the cap.
The cover head adopts Italian magnetic technology, which can protect the cover from damage. The accuracy of capping will be 99%. The corresponding capital letters will be automatically removed. The capping head is a separate part. To replace the bottle cap, only the head of the bottle cap needs to be replaced, which is convenient for replacement and operation. The whole machine is made of SUS304 with long shelf life.
