1. The automatic CGF8-8-3 water bottle washing-filling-capping machine adopts the direct connection technology of the air conveyor belt and the feed star wheel, instead of the feed screw and conveyor belt, which reduces the bottle changing process.
2. The bottle transportation of the automatic filling machine adopts neck-hanging technology. We use neck-hanging pliers instead of the traditional star wheel, so that the bottle size is easy to change, without adjusting the height of the equipment, just replace the small nylon parts such as the arch plate and the star wheel.
3. This automatic irrigation machine adopts a specially designed stainless steel flusher holder, which is sturdy and durable, and does not contact the threaded part of the bottle to prevent secondary pollution.
4. Large flow fast gravity filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level, without any liquid loss.
5. The star wheel splint adopts the twist-down method, which simplifies the bottle changing process. The utility model is suitable for the production of pure water and mineral water.
