High precision
BL-1800 injection molding machine adopts full digital closed-loop
control, with high precision, pressure can be accurate to 0.3bar,
and flow is stable, especially when the flow is low, the advantages
are more obvious. It adopts permanent magnet synchronous servo
motor and special servo drive, with fast response speed, the
response time is only 60m at 0-maximum flow, and about 100m at
0-maximum pressure.
Low oil temperature
The BL-1800 injection molding machine has no magnetic flow loss, so
the oil temperature is the lowest compared to limited pump or
variable pump memory. Furthermore, the use time of the hydraulic
oil is fully extended, the wear of various seals is reduced, and
the amount of cooling water is saved at the same time.
Low noise and long life
The internal gear pump imported from Germany is precise and stable.
It has the advantages of small internal leakage, long service life
and low working noise. Compared with ordinary fixed pump models,
the noise is reduced by 20 decibels on average.
