The H35C4275 series is our high cost-effective products. The 35 mm diameter carbide buttons keep a longer wear resistance, while working under normal condition, to improve work efficiency and reduce the loss of equipment and accessories, appropriate ventilation and dust removal are recommended.

All these bits are made by high quality carbide buttons sintered with Tungsten Powder and Alloy Steel cold extruded by automobile part processing technology.

Induction brazing is used in the product line of soldering process to bind these two kinds of metals bound under precious temperature control to assure the connection firmly and fully.

Advantages:

1. Alloy steel body is made by material ASTM4140 (42CrMoA), heat treatment with HRC38-42 hardness, has high toughness and wearable character.
2. Tungsten carbide button is suitable grade selected according to target projects, which are to make sure the good performance during working.
3. The products adapt to the machine with all the performance features, such as a high feed rate, a long service life and short tools changing time. The round shank bits are suitable for 38, 42 shank tooth holders of cutting heads from various equipments manufacturers.
