Color-coated coil plate : is the products coated steel (galvanized , zinccalumed , cold plate , etc.) after surface chemical treatment (degreasing , phosphating , and chromium hydrochloric acid passivation) and coated (roller) with coatings , again baking to forming .With GI as base metal,after pretreatment(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color,then after firing and cooling,finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized steel(PPGl).Pre-painted gaIvanized steeI is good capable of decoration,molding,corrosion resistance.
