carbonyl is generally slightly higher than the rear carbonyl, and
attention should be paid to the completion of the hole, not to stop
halfway. The front and middle track beams should be kept horizontal
as far as possible. The front outrigger cushion sleeper should not
be too close to the edge of the cap beam, leaving a certain space
for the beam, and then it should be in the middle. The steel wire
rope of the counterweight beam and the hoist must be tightened, but
it cannot be lifted off the trolley. It is particularly noted that
when going up or down the slope, as the rear support approaches the
middle support, the tightness of the steel wire rope must be
observed and the hoist adjusted. In short, the steel wire rope must
be in a tightened state. When lifting the counterweight beam, it is
easy to use the rear crane.
5. The front and rear crown block must be firmly fixed with the
main beam, and the bad phenomena such as car sliding and sliding
are not allowed. The front outrigger must be crossed and tightened
with chain block. The span of the hole is: bridge span + 4m +
expansion joint reservation.
