1. Mechanical explosion-proof measures:

prevent sparks caused by the friction of the wire rope.

prevent sparks from friction with track.
1.4. The crane has grounding measures.
1.5. The collision wheel of travel switch and limit switch is made
of copper to prevent sparks from collision.
2. Brake system
2.1 the explosion-proof motor of this series of electric hoist is
equipped with brake, which can stop the explosion-proof electric
hoist in a short time when the motor is powered off. The shell
material of explosion-proof motor for hoisting and operation is
HT200 high-grade cast iron. After processing, 1.5MPa water pressure
test was carried out for one minute, and 4220 arc pressure
resistant terminals were used in the junction box.
2.2. The electric hoist is designed with the first brake and the
second brake, and the common motor brake. When the motor brake
fails, the hoist is also designed with a mechanical brake device,
and the drum is set with a sliding speed to open the mechanical
brake device, so as to ensure the safety of lifting objects,

The flameproof electric control box is designed to avoid spark
leakage during the use of electrical appliances. Lifting limit
protection:
The lifting mechanism is equipped with a lifting limit switch,
which can automatically cut off the power supply of the lifting
mechanism when the spreader rises to the limit position. The
traveling mechanism of crane is equipped with travel limit switches
at both ends as travel limit protection. The crane is equipped with
overload protector. When the lifting capacity exceeds the rated
load, it will sound to warn.
The main power circuit is equipped with automatic air switch as the
short circuit protection of the crane; The control circuit is
equipped with small capacity automatic air switch as short circuit
protection.
Loss of voltage protection
The circuit structure has the function of voltage loss protection.
When the power supply is restored after the power failure, the
crane can be re operated only by pressing the start button, which
eliminates the possibility of self operation when the crane is
powered on.
Emergency power off switch
The crane is equipped with a red mushroom head type rotary reset
emergency power-off switch, which is used to quickly cut off the
main power supply and control circuit of the crane in case of
emergency. The emergency power-off switch shall be installed at the
place convenient for personnel operation.
Travel limit
The lifting mechanism is equipped with a fire break limiter for
rising and falling, which is used as a limit switch for the lifting
range of the lifting mechanism, and also has a protective effect
against the adhesion of the controller.
The crane mechanism is equipped with a running limit limiter. It
consists of a travel limit switch and a safety ruler. The travel
limit switch is installed on the crane, and the safety ruler is
installed on the rail beam or wall and does not hinder the
operation of the crane, so as to ensure that the crane operates
within a safe range.
All limit switches and travel switches are flameproof.
Open phase, wrong phase, over voltage and under voltage protection
The integrated protector in the crane circuit system has the
protection functions of open phase, wrong phase, over-voltage and
under voltage. When the above four situations occur, it will
automatically cut off the main power supply of the crane to prevent
personal injury and equipment damage.
Grounding
The metal mechanism on the crane, the metal shell and pipe groove
of all electrical equipment, and the low-voltage side of the
transformer are provided with reliable grounding, and the total
grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω, It is allowed to use the crane track
as the grounding wire. The insulation resistance of crane to ground
at normal temperature shall not be less than 1m Ω( This value is
the measurement value of 500Vmegohmmeter at room temperature).
