Product Process:
In the first step, the mold is placed in a pallet made of wood, and
the pallet is tightly fixed with a pneumatic lock and kept at a
transport level
In the second step, a multi-vibration device is used, driven by a
hydraulic pump station, to make the tray move smoothly. Only when
the tray reaches the signal-controlled position, the feeding system
is activated, and then the concrete is delivered in stages (the
second time). After the concrete is filled , The pallets will
gradually pass through the transportation line for automatic
packaging.
The third step is that the pallet packaging system uses servo
motors and PLC controllers to package pallets from bottom to top.
Up to 32 pallets can be packaged at a time, and then a forklift can
be used to move the mold to the drying room. This is the entire
working process.
