Machine Features:
- C-type Single column structure.
- The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, main cylinder, slider, working table, hydraulic system, electrical control system and etc.
- The C type frame is of full steel overall welded structrure, and carried out stress relief annealling treatment. It's firmly fixed onto the foundation ground by anchor bolts. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
- It's provided with T-slots on the surface of slider ram and lower working table.
- The main cylinder is installed on the top beam.
- The main cylinder and piston rod are good quality 45 forging steel.
- The hydraulic system and pump motor are placed on the top of the machine body.
- The maintenance platform is also provided on the top of the machine body.
- Siemens PLC and display to control and monitor the whole operation.
