Application scope:

This fully automatic double cylinder wheelset press is mainly used for mounting, dismounting and back pressure testing of the wheelsets (wheel discs, driven gears etc.) of urban vehicle passenger cars, EMU etc. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curves (Pressure vs displacement, pressure vs time) in required format. It's only required one operator to operate the press.

Machine features:

• Overall gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
• Double-end cylinder pressing, only need one positioning to proceed 2 wheels' mounting & dismounting without reversal of the axle.
• Special patented elastic centring mechanism for center hole positioning.
• Unique invention patented cylindrical ram for wheel mounting, with high pressing accuracy.
• Movable resistant column with replaceable inserts for wheelset dismounting.
• Electrical axle support trolley for wheelset loading and unloading. It will exit from the machine during the mounting/dismounting operation.
• Gearbox support can be provided for optional. It will keep supporting the gearbox during the whole mounting/dismounting process.
• With high-pressure oil injection pump for wheelset dismounting;
• Mounting and dismounting the wheelset with a single positioning on the wheel press;
• Automatic recording of mounting curve, radial and axial run-out and back pressure test of each mounted component;
• Siemens S7 PLC and Advantech Industrial computer to control the operation.
• User-friendly human machine interface.
• High pressure oil injection pump is available for option;
• Applicable to the wheelset with standard, narrow, meter and board gauge.
