Application scope:
The Dummy Bogie is the special tooling equipment, to meets the needs of various types of railway car, to replace bogies, to carry the vehicle body to complete body to move between the repair station after the separation of the body and the bogie.

Main Features:

• The dummy bogies are to replace the bogies to complete the displacement, support and positioning of the railway car body. Every two process bogies can complete the positioning support of a car body, which can be easily pushed by manpower, and can move along the track at low speed with the car body.
• Each process bogie is equipped with four independent wheels. It can replace the displacement support and positioning function of the original bogie on the car body, and the car body can move smoothly under the action of external forces.
• The process bogie can keep the car body stable when supporting and positioning, which has the same function as the bogie.
• the central distance of the positioning parts on both sides can be adjusted to adapt to different metro models (A, B and C), and the maximum distance is 1880 mm.
• The bearing positioning surface can be adjusted up and down on the supporting platform through the screw, and the supporting platform can be adjusted in the width direction on the left and right sides of the frame. To achieve safe and reliable docking with metro vehicle body and locomotive. The side support can be adjusted up and down, left and right, with positioning pin installation holes, which are consistent with the positioning holes on the metro train body.
• The upper surface of the support in contact with the car body is made of nylon plate, which is anti-skid, wear-resistant, and can protect the car body from damage. Under the action of side support and center positioning support, the process bogie can keep the car body stable without tilting and displacement.
• The process bogie frame has enough rigidity and strength to ensure the relative position of wheelset and supporting parts and the stability and reliability of car body.
