Application scope:
This Automatic Wheel Bearing Mounting Press is used for the automatic mounting of whole rolling bearings of various types of EMU vehicles.

It can mount the 2 bearings simultaneously. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curve (Pressure vs displacement, pressure vs time) in the required format. It's only required one operator to run the press.

• It has the functions of data storage, curve recording, intelligent judgment, curve merging, automatic HP printing of A4 paper in the form of graphics, etc.
• It's provided with emergency stop button the control panel.
• The press is equipped with safety protection interlocking device, short circuit, circuit breaking and leakage protection device, and protection device for power failure or accidental shutdown.
