Application scope:
This hydraulic press machine is mainly used for drawing, bending, forming, correcting and pressing of metal plates, as well as the correction and leveling of plate parts and welding structure parts. Machine Features:

• Three-beam and Four column structure.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of upper beam (built-in main cylinder assembly), slider, working table(base), four pillars, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
• The upper beam, slider and working table are connected together through the four columns and locking screw nuts. The working table (base) are fixed on the the ceramic foundation by the anchor bolts.
• It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for placing and fixing the workpieces.
• The main cylinder is placed on the top of the machine body.
• This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
• The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
• The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
• Siemens PLC and display to control and monitor the whole operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.

The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
