The machine is used to weld wire mesh panel.The wire mesh is widely used. Panasonic (Japan) PLC program and HMI. Input front-panel is Weinview touch screen, very easy to operate.

2. Weft wire feeding

Hopper device for weft wires, has more capacity and is controlled by step motor, it works automatically.

3. Mesh pulling system

It is controlled by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor and SMC (Japan) air cylinders.The pulling speed is smooth.

4. Welding electrodes

Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper and chromised bronze, durable, can be used at least more than half year

5. Platform for workers

The platform for workers is strong and easy for worker stand on it to put weft wire .

6. Adjustment plug

Adjustment plug is used to adjust distance of warp wire welding spot and make different mesh opening.

7. Transformers

6 sets water cooling welding transformers prolong the service life.It can guarantee firmless welding.
