It is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap
diameter.
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5
Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the
settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae
substances in the process of mineral water producing.
Inside sterilizer
By using the linear type rinsing nozzle to remove most of the
particle and solid material which attach on the bottle inside wall.
Filling part
Two kinds of non-touch filler are used according to different
capacity. The single row type is used to small capacity from 300PH
to 900BPH whle the mult-rows type is used to big capacity from1200BPH to 3000BPH.
The non-touch fller has such advantage as high flow, low pressure, no splash, high accuracy(50m)and high speed. It can absolutely take the role of quantitative flling nozzle

Capping part
The capper is the device which automatically presses the cap to
tight after filling process, there are two types: hammer type and
belt type. Belt type capping has good continuity and strong
sealing, the capper is highly compatible with various heights of
bottles
