1.The mineral water production line use direct connection
technology between air conveyor and in-feeding star-wheel to
substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of
bottle-size-changing.
2. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation of
the automatic water filling machine. Instead of traditional
star-wheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make
bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment
,only arch board and star-wheel such little nylon parts need to be
changed.
3. Specially-designed rinsing grippers which are made of stainless
steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the
bottle to prevent second pollution in this automatic water filling
machine.
4. Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster
with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss.
5. Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the
process of bottle-size-changing.

PET bottles infeed by combination of infeed grippers, equipped with bottle jam protection device, the machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck postion, avoiding bottle mouth thread comtamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. This part is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle
clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and aso
saves rinsing water.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use anti-corrosion maintenance
free bearing and the rinser is driven by driving system positioned
inside machine frame via gear transmission.
capping part
Capper should have highest precision, influence very much with stability and realiable of the filling monoboc. Our capper
features as follows:
Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and
reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop
the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of
caps.
A cap inspection system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
