This A4 Paper Guillotine Cutter is a safe Guillotine Cutter for kids and children under 18 years old. It has a 460x 380 mm full-size cutting table with measuring scales and grids. The self-sharpening cutting blade does not have sharpened edges but could cut up to 10 sheets accurately and easily. It is mainly designed to cut paper, Do NOT use it to cut other materials. Do NOt worry about the finger cuts.
