Mindray N1 SPO2 Monitor 050-001976-01 Used With Good Condition SPO2 Board For Patient Monitor

Product Describe

Component 050-001976-01 of the Mindray BeneVision N1 blood oximetry monitor is an integrated parameter monitoring unit, responsible for signal processing and data output of key physiological indicators such as SpO and PR. This module features a compact design, ideal for portable monitors. Measuring approximately 150x102x81mm and weighing only 120g, it integrates multi-parameter monitoring through a high-density circuit layout. The module's surface is coated with a medical-grade shielding coating to resist electromagnetic interference from equipment such as high-frequency electrosurgical units found in ICU environments, ensuring stable operation and minimizing electromagnetic interference.

Product features

1. Blood Oxygen Signal Analysis

This module receives red and infrared light signals from the fingertip SPO2 sensor and converts them into digital signals via a converter, maintaining stable SPO2 measurement accuracy even during patient transport.

2. Multi-Parameter Collaborative Monitoring

In addition to core SpO2 and pulse rate monitoring, the module also integrates respiratory rate monitoring circuitry. It supports collaboration with the N1 host's non-invasive blood pressure module, enabling synchronized collection and timestamp alignment of vital sign parameters, with a data refresh interval of ≤1 second.

3. Intelligent Alarm Management

This module features a built-in alarm preset value detection circuit. When SpO2 falls below a preset value, such as 90% or 85%, or the pulse rate exceeds the 15-300 bpm range, a hardware-level signal triggers the host's audible and visual alarm system (alarm response delay <50ms). Trend data for 30 seconds before and after the alarm is also stored. 4. Low-Power Operation

Dynamic power management technology automatically switches to a power-saving mode when in battery-powered mode, reducing power consumption to ≤1.2W. Combined with the N1 host's 8-hour battery life, this fully meets the power requirements of the entire transfer process.

FAQ

Q1: What typical symptoms may occur if a module malfunctions?

A1: Common symptoms include: the SpO₂ value continuously flickers or is not displayed, and frequent false alarms indicating "sensor detachment" (even though the connection is normal). In this case, first check the sensor interface for oxidation. If this is not the case, replace the module.

Q2: Does the module need to be calibrated after replacement?

A2: Yes. A three-point calibration (80%, 90%, and 100% SpO₂) is required using Mindray's dedicated calibration tool to ensure accurate readings. Failure to calibrate the module may lead to incorrect clinical decisions.

Q3: How can I extend the life of the module?

A3: ① Avoid spraying disinfectants such as alcohol directly on the module interface;

② Use a shockproof protective cover during transport;

③ Discharge the module to 30%-50% before long-term storage.

Under normal operating conditions, the module is designed to last 5 years or 10,000 power cycles.
