MT-220 automatic cleaning machine for SMT solder paste printing squeegee is suitable for use with all types of squeegee used for any solder paste printer brands. MT-220 cleaning machine operates using water-based cleaning fluid to clean and DI water for rinsing. This machine is designed to provide automatic cleaning, rinsing, hot air drying, and other processes in one machine; the squeegee is positioned in a squeegee holder during cleaning, the squeegee holder rotates while in operation. The cleaning process uses ultrasonic vibration and kinetic energy spray water-based cleaning fluid. After the washing cycle, the squeegee is rinsed with DI water and dried with hot air. MT-220 cleaning machine has two cleaning methods, this is ultrasonic vibration and spray jet, which makes the cleaning more thorough.

10. Cleaning and rinsing the real-time filter system, the tin beads under cleaning will no longer return to the surface of the scraper.

11. The cleaning fluid and rinsing water are recycled to reduce emissions and meet environmental protection requirements.

12. Equipped with a diaphragm pump to realize quick liquid filling and draining.
