Overview
The common perforator is conical roller perforator, which has high
production efficiency, good product quality, large perforation
diameter expansion and can wear many kinds of steel. After
perforation, the round tube billet has been three-roll oblique
rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion. After extrusion, take off
the pipe and set the diameter. The diameter fixing machine rotates
into the steel embryo through the conical bit at high speed to form
the steel pipe. The inner diameter of the steel pipe is determined
by the outer diameter length of the drill bit. After the steel pipe
is fixed, it enters the cooling tower and is cooled by water spray.
After cooling, the steel pipe will be straightened. The steel pipe
is straightened and sent from conveyor belt to metal flaw detector
(or hydraulic test) for internal flaw detection. If there are
cracks, bubbles and other problems inside the steel pipe, it will
be detected.

Material factors
(1) The importance of structure The importance of heavy-duty
industrial building structures, long-span structures, high-rise or

should consider the selection of seamless steel pipes of good
quality, and for general industrial and civil building structures,
the selection of seamless steel pipes of ordinary quality can be
made according to the nature of work.
(2) Seamless steel pipes with good comprehensive performance should
be used for structures directly bearing dynamic loads and those in
strong seismic zones under load conditions, while seamless steel
pipes with lower prices can be used for structures generally
bearing static loads.
(3) The welding process of the connection method results in welding
deformation, welding stress and other welding defects, and there is
a risk of cracks or brittle fracture of the structure. Therefore,
the welding structure should be strict with the material
requirements.
(4) In the temperature and environment of the structure, seamless
steel pipe is easy to be cold and brittle at low temperature, so
the structure working at low temperature, especially the welding
structure, should choose the sedative steel with good resistance to
low temperature brittle fracture. In addition, Taiyuan seamless
steel pipe with open-air structure is easy to produce aging, and
seamless steel pipe with harmful medium is easy to corrode, fatigue
and fracture, so different materials should be selected
differently.
(5) Too seamless steel pipe thickness, thin seamless steel pipe
roll rolling times, rolling compression ratio is large, the
thickness of seamless steel pipe compression ratio is small, so the
thickness of precision steel pipe not only less strength, but also
poor plasticity, impact toughness and welding performance.
