Overview
Since the 1930s, with the rapid development of high quality strip
continuous rolling production and the progress of welding and
inspection technology, the quality of weld seam has been
continuously improved, and the variety specifications of welded
steel pipe have been increasing day by day, and seamless steel pipe
has been replaced in more and more fields. The welded steel pipe is
divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe
according to the form of weld. Classification according to
production methods: process classification-arc welding pipe,
resistance welding pipe ,(high frequency, low frequency) gas
welding pipe, furnace welding pipe.
The small-caliber welded pipe adopts straight seam welding, while
the large-caliber welded pipe adopts spiral welding; it is divided
into circular welded pipe and special-shaped (square, rectangular,
etc.) welded pipe according to the shape of the end of the steel
pipe; it is divided into mineral fluid conveying welded steel pipe,
low pressure fluid conveying galvanized welded steel pipe, belt
conveyor roller welded steel pipe and so on. According to the
current national standard specification size table, according to
the outer diameter * wall thickness from small to large order.

grade steel.
GB/T14291-2006( mine fluid conveying welded steel pipe): mainly
used for mine air pressure, drainage, shaft gas welding steel pipe.
Its representative material Q235A,B grade steel.
Stainless steel welded steel pipe for GB/T12770-2002( mechanical
structure): mainly used for machinery, automobile, bicycle,
furniture, hotel and hotel decoration and other mechanical parts
and structural parts. Its representative material 0

GB/T12771-1991( fluid conveying stainless steel welded steel pipe):
