Application of Mold Making Silicone for pouring way
1. RTV-2 silicone rubber can used for making mold for poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts, gypsum crafts, unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, plastic toy, stationery gifts crafts industry.
2. RTV-2 silicone rubber is applicable for large statue Buddha, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold.
3. RTV-2 silicone rubber is intend for artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on.
Operation Steps Mold Making Silicone for pouring way
A. Take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly.
B. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.
C. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
Storage and Precautions of RTV-2 silicone rubber for for pouring way:
RTV-2 silicone rubber for making art crafts, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited.
