Formation and Aging: The newly assembled polymer battery undergoes a formation process, which involves charging and discharging the battery several times to activate the electrodes and stabilize the electrolyte. 8. Testing and Quality Control: The final step in the production process is to test the Li-pol battery for capacity, voltage, impedance, and other critical parameters. Any batteries that do not meet the specified quality standards are removed, ensuring that only reliable and high-performing batteries are sold to consumers.
