Product Introduction of Large Rotary Dryer:

GHG large rotary dryer with heating furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, delivery pipe, dust collector and discharge port. Wet material is continuously sent to the drying cylinder by a conveyor. Heat air makes full contact with the material. Being delivered and scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the wet material is evaporated. The material gets fully dried in the rotating cylinder. The drying body of large rotary dryer is composed of cylinder body, ring gear and rolling ring. The large rotary dryer drying body is on the tug rolling device and block rolling device supported by front and back rolling ring. It can control axial direction traversing of drying body by adjusting tug rolling device and block rolling device. The large rotary dryer driving device drives drying body rotating through the ring gear. Electric motor (frequent) as the power can achieve stepless speed adjusting and meet the demand of different rotating speed.

The large rotary dryer driving has two forms, left driving and right driving. Method of distinction: look at from the direction of inlet, the large rotary drum dryer driving device that is at the left side of drying body is left driving; the driving device that is at the right side of drying body is right driving.
