Introduction for biomass pellet mill:
Biomass pellet mill is our main product which has adopted the essence of pellet mill
in oversea market and domestick market.
Vertical ring die structurer, the inner ring die verticall
installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2 layers, one ring die
can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the wood pellet
mill.
XGJ Biomass pellet mill have 2 pcs Big rollers rotary againsed the
innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on
machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet machine working
more stable, and continually no stop working.
This biomass pellet mill mainly applicable for difficult molding
materials with low adhesion rate, for example, hard wood sawdust,
soft wood sawdust, rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and
coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood
waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other biomass materials.
Machine main shaft directly connecting with the gearbox, and the
motor also installed vertically on the gearbox.
Make the machine more compact and working stable.
