2.Introduction to Main Processes
2.1 Pretreatment Equipment - Cleaning Equipment
Function: Remove impurities such as dust and oil on the surface of the workpiece, and form a closed film on the surface of the steel plate, providing corrosion resistance and increasing the adhesion of the paint;
Channel: The wall panel is made of 1.5mm SUS304 steel plate,
The lower water guide bottom plate is made of 2.0mm SUS304 steel plate,
The water baffle is made of 1.5mm SUS304 steel plate.

2.2 Automatic water blowing equipment
Function: Use clean high-speed air to blow away accumulated water and residual water droplets on the surface of the workpiece.

2.3 Drying Oven - Moisture Drying Oven
Function: Use hot air to dry the moisture on the surface of the workpiece, with a drying temperature of 80-150 ºC.
2.4 Spray Room - Wet Spray Room
Function: Provide a clean spraying environment for spraying operations, and ensure the construction environment requirements based on the nature of the paint.
The main body of the spray booth: The wall panels of the spray booth are made of 2.0mm stainless steel folded plates, and are equipped with large glass windows, which are beautiful and elegant;
The lighting fixtures are installed on the outer wall of the spray booth glass to prevent dust and explosion, and the illumination of the spray booth should reach 800Lux or above;
The spraying room is equipped with a personnel passage door, which is made of fully tempered glass. A safety door lock is set on the door, which is interlocked with robots and conveyors to ensure the safety of intruders.
The top of the spraying room is equipped with a pressure equalizing chamber, and F5 level filter cotton is laid
Venturi or side water curtain paint mist capture device:The paint mist filtering device can be made into a Venturi or side water curtain according to the requirements of the production line

2.5 Drying Oven - Paint Drying Oven
Function: Use circulating hot air to dry and solidify the paint on the surface of the workpiece, with a drying temperature of 60-100 ºC.

2.6 Air conditioning system
Function: Provide constant temperature, humidity, and clean air for spraying operations, ensuring the requirements of the paint construction environment.

2.7 Conveying System - Continuous Conveying
Function: Provide logistics equipment between the entire production process
Lightweight continuous suspension conveyor:
Conveyor chain models QXG-150, QXG-200, QXG-250, and QXG-300, with single point lifting weights of 8kg, 30KG, 50KG, and 125KG respectively;
Chain speed: 0-15m/min, adjustable
Heavy continuous suspension conveyor:
Conveyor chain models XT80, XT100, and XT160, with single point lifting weights of 125kg, 250KG, and 500KG respectively;
Chain speed: 0-15m/min, adjustable

2.8 Robot spraying
Adopting the brand Kawasaki robot, with an arm span range of 1300mm-3100mm, simulation spraying and selection of robot models, non-standard customized robots

2.9 Paint supply system
Supply paint on the edge of the pressure tank line
Automatic proportioning centralized paint supply

2.10 Spray Gun
Select the type of spray gun based on the characteristics of the paint (water-based/solvent) and the spraying process requirements, using high-quality brands, including high-voltage electrostatic rotating cups, electrostatic spray guns, airless spray guns, air spray guns, etc.

2.11 Waste gas treatment equipment - activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion
