Plastic pipe welding machine Application

Features

Preparation

Preparation for welding HDPE Pipe manual Butt Fusion Welding Machine 1. Before operation, all equipment parts shall be placed on a stable and dry place. 2. Confirm that the power supply used meets the requirements of the equipment, the equipment is in good condition, and the electrical circuit is not damaged; the detection indicator works normally, the milling cutter blade is sharp, and the parts and operating tools are complete. 3. Replace the required fixture according to the outer diameter of the welded pipe.

Welding procedure

  1. Clip the tubes on the loop of frame with each sides, make sure the both sides on the same line (the tubes may not be round enough) by adjusting the screws on the loop, and turning tubes.
  2. Put the milling cutter between 2 ends of tubes, and then turn the handle to close the cutter and tubes.
  3. Switch on the milling cutter, milling the 2 ends of tubes continuously.
  4. Switch off the milling cutter, and turn the handle to take the cutter out. Check the 2 ends of tubes on the same line (If not, milling one more)
  5. Insert the heating plate between 2 ends of tubes, then turn the handles for heating.
  6. Once the tubes getting the heat enough, turn out the handle and take out the heating plate quickly. Then turn the handle to connect the 2 ends of tubes very shortly.
  7. Keep the handle to shape the welding circle.

Advantage

1. Using Teflon coating material imported from Japan, after twice coating and three processes.
2. The solid core of the Heating plate is thickened and non-stick tube, the heat transfer is even, supporting the aviation connection line to ensure the contact safety of the power supply.
3. Compared with other manufacturers, the thickness of Heating plate is increased by 5mm, and the heat storage and thermal conductivity are strong.
