Electrolytic acid pickling part

PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller ф300mm, magnetic pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 1000A/12V use for electrolytic acid pickling.

Galvanizing part:

PP plate with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller ф400mm, acid resistant pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 1200A/12V is used for zinc coating, anode is made of 4*45mm Ti plate. Towing motor is 5.5KW.

Baking part:

Short circuit heating and voltage regulator for temperature adjusting are adopted; temperature control is very easy and has little energy consumption.

Take up:

ф550mm horizontal coil for wire take-up, torque motor 40N.m offer stable tension force control.

Two filter cleaning device (10 CBM)is equipped
