1 The gluing of the filter material and wave collection are completed on the same machine. After the filter paper is formed, it is transported by a longer conveyor belt, and the cooling fan is installed to allow the hot melt adhesive to solidify and cut to the required length.
2 The speeds of the main machine, conveyor and glue machine are controlled by PLC and touch screen, so that the products produced are stable and reliable, and easy to adjust.
3 Two glue guns with 48 glues, each glue has a separate switch control, and any one of them can be turned on or off during the glue application process.
4 The machine is equipped with filter trimming and slitting device to adapt to the production of filter elements of different widths.
5 The aluminum alloy and stainless steel body is light and strong, the structure is precise, and it is not easy to rust, and it is durable.
6 After the filter paper receives the wave, the distance between the folds in half is controlled synchronously by the computer, and the distance is very accurate.
7 The glue melting speed is fast, and the amount of glue can be adjusted through the frequency converter.
8 This machine has high production efficiency and good product flatness.
