The temperature transmitter incorporates thermocouples and thermal resistances as temperature measuring elements. The output signal from these elements is transmitted to the transmitter module, where it undergoes voltage stabilization filtering, operational amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current generation, and reverse protection circuitry. These signal processing steps result in the conversion of the temperature signal into a 4-20mA current signal or a 0-5V/0-10V voltage signal, which exhibits a linear relationship with the temperature. Additionally, the transmitter is equipped with RS485 digital signal output capability, enabling communication and data transmission in a digital format.

host computer through the HART modem or with the handheld and PC to

monitoring, calibration and maintenance functions for the model,
graduation number and range of the transmitter;
● The intelligent temperature transmitter can adjust the display
direction of the transmitter according to the actual needs of the
user, and display the medium temperature measured by the
transmitter, the change of the sensor value, the output current and
