GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. TP-CR Series open & close type flexo folder gluer is researched and developed by our company for many years, based on Taiwan and Korean Technology, which is used to synchronized with Flexo Printer Slotter as inline folder gluer (Casemaker). The whole machine with fully computerized control, we call one touch, just input the order parameters and run the machine. Easy to adjust and fast set-up orders.
2. This ONE-Pass solution for carton box making, which can finish from Feeding, Printing, Slotting (RDC), Folding, Gluing, Counting and Ejecting in one pass, greatly save the labor cost and improve the production capacity.
3. The Whole machine is design according to high standards, high performance and safety insures, the machine will alarm and full cover to ensure safety cases.

MAIN PARAMETERS

FLEXO PRINTER SLOTTER (RDC)

1. The feeding unit designed with Lead-edge Feeding system with 3-4 shafts running, easy to change feeding wheels, with strong upper suction blower and anti-static brushes for dust remove.
2. The Printing Unit with vacuum transfer device, which is benefits for bend and wraps cardboards, increase the printing accuracy. All the transition wheels are ceramic-coated to ensure durable and long-life time.
3. The Slotting Unit with 8 shafts running structure, Pre-creasing, Dual Creasing (Thin and Wide), Single Shaft Dual Knife Slotting. The Slotting boss movement adopts Linear Guiding Structure combined with lead screw rod for smooth and accurate movement.
4. The Die-cutting Unit use heavy type structure, and the rubber cylinder is interpedently controlled for line speed compensation, with automatic grinding system for anvil cover rapid use.

FOLDER GLUER

1. Top printing with down folding.
2. Stabilizer temperature adjustable inject spray glue system.
3. Cardboard runs by former conveyor belts consisted of upper and lower belts, the gap of entrance and upper and lower belts can be adjusted automatically.
4. Side Folding belts of right and left are both control by Servo motor, and speed can be adjusted individually to reduce fishtails and big/small gap.
5. guiding wheels on both sides are controlled by servo motor, for increasing folding accuracy and reduce fishtails, reduce big/small gap.
6. Original imported USA VALCO gluing system.
7. Full closed unit for safety operation, and quickly positioning via AC servo control
8. Full integrated construction with HMI control device.

COUNTER EJECTOR

1. Top loading Counter Ejector, more benefits for RDC boxes.
2. 5 Sets of servo motor for all action control, for precision adjustment and fast feedback.
3. Fully Cover of Counter Ejector to ensure safety work.
4. Counter ejector section can move to left and right side to make boxes fall down on the center of table.
5. With Suction blower assistant system to make sure cardboard fall smoothly.
6. Easy to connect with Automatic Strapping Machine.
