Introduction
Vibration fluid bed dryer is a continuous drying equipment for
non-sticky particles. Its working principle is: cold air is
filtered through the filter, and then goes into the heater, and is
heated to a certain temperature, then hot air is distributed into
the lower bed via multiple inlets and flows up through perforated
plate of the bed. Material goes evenly into the bed through screw
feeder, under the action of the vibration force, the material moves
up forward continuously along the horizontal direction, while
undergoes heat exchange with the hot air coming up from bottom, the
moisture of material is evaporated rapidly, and the wet air is
discharged from the exhaust fan, and the material is fully dried
and discharged from the discharge port.
The material has been feed into the fluid bed dryer, under the dual
function of the vibration and air flow, the material move along the
fluid bed as throwing forward continuously. Hot air upward through
the fluid bed and wet materials from the heat after the exchange,
after the cyclone dust emissions from dry materials from
discharging from the discharging end.
Features
1. Adopts new type quick-open structure for upper bed and bottom
bed. Upper bed can be moved easily. So it is very convenient to
clean and wash the drying system.
2. Bed plate adopts laser punching, it can avoid the deformation in
common punching process effectively.
3. Bottom bed adopts stainless steel seamless tube for supporting,
the structure of bed is more stronger and make the life of
equipment longer.
Material is heated uniformly, heat exchanging is full and drying
intensity is high. Energy can be saved about 30%.
4. Vibration source is vibrating motor. It features constant
operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long life.
Fluid state is stable, there is no phenomenon of gap or blowing
out.
5. There is less damage to the surface of material. It can be used
for drying material that is easy to broken. The work efficiency is
not affected even if the granule of material is irregular.
6. Adopts full sealed structure. It effectively avoids cross
infection between and air, the operation environment is clean.
